Matthew’s practice concentrates on commercial transactions and corporate advisory. He has worked in private practice and industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom and brings first-hand commercial insight from senior leadership roles in logistics, contracting and equipment distribution businesses.
He regularly advises clients on business sales and acquisitions, private investments and divestitures, supply contracts, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. He also advises on regulatory and head office matters relating to the Corporations Act, structuring, risk management, corporate governance and directors’ duties.
